Bullet Journal Pages 60-61 COMPLETED And the Next Challenge Begins

I've been working on these pages all month and they're finally complete. What a fun challenge.

For August, I decided to do a lettering challenge. Each day I'll write a different place I've been or travelled to. So at the end of the month I should have a page full of lettering and also a bit of my own personal history on the page.

A Face a Day in July Challenge - Week 4

Just a couple more faces and this page will be complete. I'm trying to decide what my drawing/lettering challenge will be for August. Any suggestions?

Bullet Journal Pages 68-69

Some pages I like lots of illustrations and doodles and some pages I like to keep more graphic and clean. The page on the right was a quote someone asked me to write out for them. But I really didn't like this version and even thought about tearing the page out. But I decided that I don't want to ever tear a page out or glue something over it in my Bullet Journal so I just have to make due and fix what's there. So I just wrote notes with a fine tip pen all over the page and I kind of like the end result.

Bullet Journal Pages 66-67

A few pages ago in my Bullet Journal I had one word where the letters went off the page and I really liked the way it looked. So for this layout, I decided to have all the days go off the page. I quite like the design element it adds.

Bullet Journal Pages 64-65

I saw this quote on Glennon Doyle Melton's Instagram feed several weeks ago and took a screen shot of it. I knew I wanted to write it out so I could have it in my Bullet Journal. Last night, as I listened to the heartbreaking reports out of Nice, France, I wrote it out and thought of how true and needed this is!

Bullet Journal Pages 62-63

This is how I like to Journal. I don't do the usual structured paragraphs or "and then we went... and then we saw...". I like to write down quick phrases or bits of conversation that help me remember fun times. So though it may seem chaotic to the outside viewer, it makes perfect sense to me. Plus it's just more fun!

Another Health Tracker page and some daily To Do Lists.

Bullet Journal Pages 56-57

A lot of chaos and craziness going on on these pages. That's how I like my daily To Do Lists though. It makes normal, everyday tasks seem more interesting.

A Face a Day in July Challenge - 1 week in

Here's what I have so far for my July challenge. My goal is get at least one man drawn on the page. But honestly, I prefer drawing women. More variety in the hair, jewelry, and outfits. So we'll see...

Bullet Journal Pages 60-61

I've created a little challenge for myself in July. I'm going to fill this page with faces, drawing one face a day. I'm not tied to those shapes or sizes, but I did want some faint guidelines to make sure I could fit all 31 on the page. Mixed media, no rules. I'm calling it #afaceadayinjuly. I'll post the finished page at the end of the month and possibly some WIP shot along the way.

Bullet Journal Pages 46-47 - Completed

Well I've been working on it all month and it's now complete...
I'm so happy with the way it came out. It's total chaos and craziness and I love it! This was done for an Instagram lettering challenge called #meetyouinjune.
